Just so everyone knows, this isn’t making local headlines. This is not being acknowledged enough! I saw two vague reports about it, but nothing else. This is a huge headline and none of the main news channels are covering it!!
Do not be fooled by that picture of the officer giving Happy American Horse Jr. water when he was protesting yesterday. That was the same officer who tried to saw his hands off with the power saw. The picture was taken literally minutes after the protesters were SCREAMING and CRYING at him to stop using the powersaw. Watching that on a livestream was horrible and disturbing enough and i can’t imagine what it must’ve been like in person.

Cops are drunk on power. Add any ism to that, you have a bunch of abusive, gun wielding, trained to kill, non empathetic, killers running around.
This woman got hauled out of a window, beaten, stripped, tortured, and humiliated, and she still is able to understand how white privilege saved her life.
