I wasn’t doing so hot last night, so me and The Boy just ended up tickling each other while he did silly voices saying stuff like “No. Please. The cheeldren.” until I was laughing super hard and somehow everything was better

The Boy commented last night as we were walking through downtown in the dark to a new bar, that I am the only girl he can go adventuring with and there was sort of short pause that implied “because you’re a fucking Amazon” and I was like awwww

The Boy’s little sister is staying over two nights and she’s in his room playing videogames and I walked in and the room was a bit cold so I tried to creep out into the living room, but he pleasantly insisted that I come back and I’m not only just like how do I person, but it feels like she’s this tiny spy for his parents because trust no one

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 New International Version (NIV)

9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
    two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

So Valentine’s day didn’t go as planned, but it was still nice. We did presents, then I managed to drag myself to the movies with The Boy- we got Jamba juice, which really helped my throat, then we saw Deadpool, which was really good! And when we got home he made me chicken noodle soup and crackers and I went to bed at like 8. So I didn’t manage to make that big romantic dinner plus cake and cocktails, but he’s super sweet to me and that’s all that mattered.
