Time for some Pokemon Go magic! This is to banish or dispell unwanted thoughts, states of mind, energies, people, situations… pretty much anything you can name a pokemon and still keep it within the character limit. You might have to get creative about your naming to make it work. It’s very easy, though!

You catch a lot of lower-level common pokemon in Pokemon Go while training up to be the very best. You can transfer them to Professor Willow for a pokemon candy and you’ll spend a lot of time doing that to keep your inventory clear and get more candy. While you’re at it, why not name the pokemon first before you transfer them? Transfer dysphoria away and you even get a candy in return for it! Combine it with your standard spells or rituals or add whatever gestures or words you feel you need to. It’s basic sympathetic technomagic and you can extend it to do quite a lot–best part is, you keep catching these low-level pokemon while you’re out walking so you’ll always have a steady supply to work this spell with!
