I was looking through my planner for important things I have to do this month, and when I flipped to the 31st, all it said was “Spoopy day”

So I get woken by the theme to Pirates of the Caribbean

Which is my ringtone- its a good friend in San Francisco. She’s nearby a wooded area and she’s found a mouse apparently not yet old enough to open its eyes. I, also unable to open my eyes, sleepily give her her options and we say goodbye.

But now I feel responsible and am very awake.
