I need to know if these cats are being sold into the the pet trade or not
Nope! These little kitties are from black jaguar white tiger foundation, a big cat rescue and sanctuary, and the man in the video is Eduardo Serio. He regularly gets orphaned cubs and cubs rescued from the pet trade, when the zoos don’t have enough room. He doesn’t normally socialize with them like this but the margay and jaguar cubs here had already imprinted on humans and can no longer survive in the wild, so he’s been raising them
No harm to any religion. It’s just a lamp ads by an Australian company. However, it’s funny!
I’m going to cry 😂😂
Ahaha, the reason why Mohammad is specifically mentioned as not being able to be there is because in Islam, portrayals and portraits of Mohammad are forbidden. But they didn’t want to be seen as either hand waving him as at the table but not shown or as explicitly omitted.
Very smart move there advertising script writers.
I’m cry
Did you ever notice how in the Bible, when ever God needed to punish someone, or make an example, or whenever God needed a killing, he sent an angel? Did you ever wonder what a creature like that must be like? A whole existence spent praising your God, but always with one wing dipped in blood. Would you ever really want to see an angel?
How bout: urban magic but in a way where magicians mix shit in a cheap pot on a stove or microwave it to make potions like how college students try to make ramen taste good
“The elevator pitch was an “Indigenous Mad Max: Fury Road.” I
think that really captures the pacing and the sensibility of the book.
This is an all-out breakneck apocalyptic adventure with a primary cast
of Navajo characters, and it takes place wholly on the Navajo
reservation.”
Well hell, I’m SOLD. Book comes out June 26th from @sagapress.
If you guys don’t have a copy of Hellenic Polytheism Household Worship by LABRYS, I recommend it. It’s a great beginner’s book that pretty much covers what you need to know in order to have an authentic, but modern, household practice. It also has a list of offerings for each deity (obviously not ALL deities, but the big 12 + a few others). My favorite thing about it though, and the reason why mine is wine-stained and over-used, is that it has beautifully written and translated hymns and prayers, some of which I can not find a more beautiful translation for elsewhere.
