This Moon card is quite different than traditional decks, but I think the legend of the Moon Goddess, Chang’e, suits this card’s allusion to intuition and emotion. Additionally, the Rabbit replaces the dog and the wolf of the traditional deck to symbolize the duality of a mortal and spiritual nature, a nod to the legend of the Jade Rabbit.
