I’m setting crystals into a wand I made a while back- it’s a lovely thing- made for a lefty for some reason- it just grew that way. But it’s awesome, and I’m putting in the last two main crystals right now. Then tomorrow I’ll start on the finishing cluster right around the base of the largest one near the top. But as I was setting that largest stone, I noticed the tiniest (tiniest) rainbow inclusion inside the quartz, just at the base. It’s almost covered by how its set in the wood, but if you know it’s there and look very closely, you can see the magic.
I WOKE UP THIS MORNING AND I HATE IT. Such a beautiful wood piece, so many hours of work having gone into crafting this wand, and I shitfailed in setting the crystals, what a fucking asshat that’s what you get for working with aesthetics at 1am
