Painting the pedestals in prep for my senior show

Me: I’ll paint each pedestal in turn and then wait for them to dry instead of finding two two by fours for each one. It might take longer but the paint should dry in about ten minutes each, right?

Pedestals:

DUDE GET THE 2x4s

it won’t dry in 10 minutes (depending on how thick of a layer you’re putting on!)

not to mention it’ll take longer to dry the more layers you put on…

I would but we don’t have any….
