So when you offer the food to the dragons do they eat it? Does the food actually disappear as its being eaten or do they just take it with them . How do you know the dragons are there?

Ah, no.  I offer it to them but generally consume it myself while offering them the “essence” of it I guess?  Or eat it in their honor. I know they are there by feeling their energy.  I don’t really know how else to put it, just that I sense them.

Old polytheistic greeks say the offerings’ smoke is eaten by the gods,
and so after they have cooled, one can eat of the offerings. Buddhists
put fruit out in temples and the monks who eat them afterward, a couple
days afterward, say they don’t taste as sweet, as in the spirits have eaten all the good parts of the offering.
