so there was a SUPER STRONG cleansing spell a while ago for really hard to move spiritual gunk, basically, and I coulda sworn it was a bath or a scrub, but I can’t seem to find it again  

(my other guess is I’m mixing it up with a floor scrub? but I can’t find it as that if that was it either, and I’m 99% sure it was a bath thing)

IDk, I don’t have one like that posted. I’ve got one I use in my HP practices that I wouldn’t mind sharing. It’s kind of tailored specifically to removing miasma, but I’m sure it would work for any kind of spiritual gunk if you’re interested

Lizzie’s Cleansing Scrub to accompany Katharmos

1 cup fine salt

1 tbs barley meal 

1 dried bay leaf ground finely

1 tbs honey

~¼ cup coconut oil

Everything except the honey has cleansing connotations, I add the honey because of it’s connection to a lot of theoi, but it’s not necessary.
