I have a very difficult time with astral travel – I get sort of tingly and feel like I’m almost there and then, nothing. Any tips?

Also, the tingly is normal!! When I travel, my body will start to tingle, I’ll lose feeling in most my body and get a really intense floating sensation and leave :> so nothing out of the ordinary~
