I got to make my new favorite dish for sharing yesterday–cranberry-mandarin jelly with dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.

I just realized I don’t have any allspice in my kitchen, though! I’ve got like 20 spices and that’s just not in there. I should fix that!
