Do you think it’s wrong to call a goddess ‘Mother’ but in like a devotional way ( like how christians call god Father )? I’ve always done it with Demeter and I’ve never felt anything negative around it but I’m curious.

Fun fact, Demeter’s name means “Earth Mother”, and she also has the epithet 

Megala Mêter meaning “Great Mother”, so mother is a completely appropriate devotional name for her.

For if it’s appropriate to call any goddess mother, I’d say it depends on your relationship with her. It’s not offensive though, there’s actually a lot of people who refer to their deities with parental titles.
